Keystone Potential Foundation is a Cincinnati-based nonprofit expanding access to personalized, creative, and community-connected learning opportunities.
Through our signature program, Keystone Potential Studio, we work with children, families, educators, and community partners to provide academic support, social-emotional learning, creative experiences, and real-world connections in trusted community spaces.
WHY WE EXIST
Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, create, and recognize their own potential.
Too many children are expected to move forward before their academic foundations, confidence, and sense of possibility are fully developed. Families and educators may recognize that a child needs something different but struggle to find support that is personalized, accessible, and connected to the whole child.

OUR STORY
Keystone began with a simple but urgent belief: children should not have to struggle repeatedly before receiving support that recognizes how they learn, what they need, and what they are capable of becoming.
Founder Dena Combs saw children advance through educational systems without always receiving enough time, support, or opportunity to strengthen foundational skills and rebuild confidence. That experience inspired a learning model grounded in personalization, creativity, relationships, and meaningful real-world experiences.
The vision grew beyond one learning environment. Keystone Potential Foundation was established to build the nonprofit structure, partnerships, resources, and accountability needed to make this work accessible to more children and families.
Keystone Potential Studio became the signature program through which the mission comes to life. Rather than depending only on one permanent location, Keystone can work inside trusted community spaces and alongside organizations already connected to children and families.
Today, Keystone is building toward a future in which personalized support is not limited by ZIP code, school placement, family income, or access to a particular building.
